The double room did n't seem appealing on photos but it was comfy for other tables. A microwave and a fridge were available. The hotel's location was nice, near a close restaurant and shopping centers and the center of Mauldin. It was good to be 1 mile away from Chick-fil-A, serving short-orders.

Thoroughly enjoyed my comfortable stay for 2 nights. The location turned out to be great, near Greenville for 2 days for a convention, and the grocery store. It also was to shopping centers. Booked a room for the value.

good sized room which had central heating, multi-channel television, and a mini-fridge. the very attentive and amiable staff made it a pleasurable place to stay. the property's location was great and comfy, in such a great location very close to everything. it was also adjacent to a different restaurant for breakfast before heading home as well as many stores.

It's a modest and fairly clean hotel, rooms are clean. Pleasant and accommodating staff as one would expect. The place has marvellous and comfy location close to the baseball field. It's at a moderate distance from Empire Buffet, spent evening there. This is a property go-to for Greenville!

Convenient spot near the center of Mauldin, a baseball tournament, and shopping centers. Also, very close to everything. Nice building and rooms for other tables. With a microwave oven, tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge.

The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. We had a great night's sleep. The location was convenient, with restaurants nearby. The continental breakfast provided a good variety of options. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.
We encountered a slight issue with the front door being locked when we arrived late. Also, the smell of weed in the room was unpleasant.

I stayed at the Mauldin Inn about 7 years ago with no complaints. However this visit was completely different. Rooms were not clean, floor not swept until second day there, blanket on bed was disgusting had burn holes in it. I realize there was some remodeling going and all furniture was in the "breakfast" area so therefore during our stay we got no free breakfast or any other offers to replace that accomodation. Most staff was friendly but the night person was always on her cell phone and had to interupt her to get extra towels, which there were 3 of us in the room and every day we had to ask for extra towels. Also I checked in at 10:30 P.M., at 11:30 P.M. while I was in my assigned room sleeping I got a call from Mauldin Inn asking if I was checking in or not? Told the person that I was already in bed? I had several other family members in the Inn also at this time booking 4 rooms and we all had the same issues. Not a good experience. Mauldin Inn is now on my places not to stay again.
